Sid Vanderpool, the owner and founder of DJzone Network, started out working in sound as a roadie for his brother in 1969. He would assist his brother with the setup and operation of the mobile DJ system that included a reel to reel and two cassette decks. This continued for about 4 years until his brother retired from DJing Sid's love for the DJing lay dormant until 1976 when he started spinning on the wheels of steel at a local dance club called "The Disco Dock". Disco was the flavor of the day and Sid reveled in breaking the newest releases from artists like Donna Summer and LeFreak. As the Disco Age died Sid moved on to doing club installs and building systems for mobile DJs while DJing part-time for parties and event. In 1979 Sid opened Music Magic Entertainment and has been providing the highest quality entertainment available in the upper Northwest since. His commitment to service can be seen in every event his company performs at. The awards and recognitions that have had bestowed upon him at national conventions and the fact that 90% of his business is from repeat or referral clients is proof that he continuously strives to provide his clients with the very best entertainment service the intermountain area has to offer! In 1997 Sid entered created his first online site called Partypros.com, which is still going strong and a valuable resource for Brides. On his birthday in 1998 the DJzone Network was launched which included the first online DJ magazine DJzone.net, an online network site for DJs called DJchat.com. From that small start the DJzone Network has grown to encompass over 8 DJ related sites that cover all aspects of the DJ industy serving over 6.5 million hits a month making it the largest resource online for DJs in the World. Currently Sid operates the DJzone Network and writes for various publications including DJzone, Pro Audio Review and DJ Entertainer. Although his work takes him to many DJ related conventions around the country, but he still finds time to enjoy life with his wife Paige and his son Michael.
In 1988 Lisa Capitanelli started her career as a Disc Jockey when two members of her family approached her with idea of joining their DJ company and becoming one of the few Female DJ's in the area. Lisa thought "What a great idea" and realized that by becoming a DJ as a woman, she could be very successful. Within 3 years Lisa perfected her skills as a DJ and she became one of the most sought out Disc Jockeys in Southern California. Lisa realized it was time to take the next step and decided to start her own company appropriately called, "I'm A Girl DJ Entertainment". As one of the top professionals Disc Jockey in her area Lisa works hard a personalizing each event for everyone of her clients because she believes that every party is different. Whether it is a wedding, mitzvah, kids event or corporate event, she is there to make it the best party it can possibly be. Her company continues to grow now with four systems, lighting packages, dancers and Karaoke for all occasions.
Bernie Howard began his DJ career in 1972 as an air talent on WDAI radio (94.7) in Chicago. Fresh out of Columbia Broadcast School, his DJ style leaned toward classic R&B, Motown and Dance Music. His Saturday night dance party quickly became one of the most popular Chicagoland radio shows. In 1974, Bernie had an offer to become the DJ "live" at Old Chicago Amusement Park, a multi-million dollar indoor amusement park facility in Bolingbrook, Illinois, where he would entertain 4 to 5 thousand guests every Friday and Saturday. In December of 1979, Bernie was called upon by Hugh Hefner of Playboy magazine to entertain at his 25th anniversary party at the mansion in Chicago. Bernie Howard Entertainment was truly one of the first mobile DJ companies in the USA. Over the past 30 years we have entertained at thousands of Weddings, Mitzvahs, Parties and Corporate Events. In the year 2000, we were even recruited to become an actor and play the part of Bernie Howard "the club DJ" at Mike Loves' "Klub Kokomo" in Chicago.

entertainment to the Northcoast area. He was proud to be an industry
leader with an innovative spirit that he has shared with fellow
performers while speaking at conventions in Las Vegas, Nevada,
Atlantic City, New Jersey, Cleveland, Ohio and Canada. A
member, (and past President), of the Mobile Entertainers Guild of
America, he continues to strive for and attain the edge needed to
